A dlc file contains encrypted list of download links saved in JDownloader, that can be shared and processed by the program.
For example a single dlc file can for contain several different links to some files located on sites like rapidshare or megaupload.
When you open such DLC container with JDownloader it will import all links at once and add them to your download list.
