The ex_ file extension is generally used for compressed exe files created by some installation archive applications.
First two extensions characters (ex_) are the same as uncompressed. After decompression the file has original extension (exe).
Uncompress, or install app with *.ex_ file tool and after that run its *.exe executable file.
There is no way how to convert *.ex_ file to other file formats.
