The u3p file extension is associated with U3 platform. U3 platform is used for complete portable device security and enables hardware manufacturers and software developers to create U3 smart products.
The u3p files are basically renamed ZIP files, that contain 4 folders [data, device, host, manifest] inside manifest directory that goes with the icon of your program and the manifest.
The *.u3p files can be extracted in WinRAR or WinZip or any other archiver that can handle the ZIP format.
