Find a software converter able to convert acms files to pdf files.
acms to pdf conversion is probably a typo for acsm to pdf conversion, which is searched by users looking for a way to download publications from Adobe. The only way how to access or open .acsm files is to use Adobe Digital Editions, there is really no way around this.
As for .acms files, we do not have information about any file type that would use this file extension at this moment. It is certainly not related to Application Control Management System (ACMS).

Rarely, files with pdf file extension might also be found as preferences definition files for ArcView program.
