Programs used to perform the conversion from ascii file to obj format.
It might be possible that some 3D model is actually saved in ASCII format, although these formats actually just use standard txt suffix, for example MilkShape 3D ASCII format. If that is your "ascii file" it should be possible to convert it to standard 3D obj file like standard txt to obj conversion.
