It is extremely unlikely that you can convert random BMP image to RAW file. Generally speaking, RAW files are produced by digital cameras when you take a photograph and all special metadata files are embedded in the file. Which means making RAW from common BMP is pointless, it will lack all the special properties, although theoretically possible in programs that allow random pictures to be saved in generic RAW.
