There is no way how you could convert one digital RAW from one vendor to another, in this case Canon CR2 to Sony ARW, which is what cr2 to arw conversion is.
The best course of action is to export it to some universal format like DGN with which you can work in almost any professional digital photo editing and management software. This is useful when you have photos from your old camera but only software for your new camera from different vendor.
