The cue to mdf conversion is related to the export of disk images, but it is often searched by inexperienced users who have no idea about the different files from different disc image tools.
Cue sheets are just small text files that accompany a corespoding .bin file, which is the actual disk image. Meaning cue to mdf conversion is not possible; bin to mdf conversion is.
What is possible is to add the information from .cue files together with the .bin files when making a new disc image, but that is not file conversion per se.
