BTW format is in most cases searched in context of barcode label designs made using BarTender, which means that doc to btw conversion is probably searched as a means to import or reuse texts from MS Word documents (.doc, .docx) for making new designs.
We have not found any information that would indicate that this is actually possible directly. Maybe it is possible to just import texts via copy and paste method, but barcode labels are more of a graphics elements than texts. That said, data from CSV/Excel sources is often used for making new labels.
In any case BarTender is the only software that uses BTW format, and in this case probably your only choice in this matter.
