Both ERF and CIN formats are camera RAWs, just from different vendors, in this case Epson and Kodak. Your best option how to deal with these files is to use one of the dedicated photo editors, for example Photoshop. Some RAWs can be saved between other formats, but using generic exchange format like DGN is more suitabe.
