The fdx to odt conversion covers export of Final Draft documents (FDX format) to ODT format used in OpenDocument based word processors, such as OpenOffice or LibreOffice Writer.
Nothing indicates that Final Draft supports export to ODT format directly, but it does support export to other formats that can be opened using OpenOffice, for example RTF format.
But since Final Draft's FDX format is often used for exchange purposes, numerous alternative software support it and some might as well support export to ODT format. But you can always use RTF format and convert that to ODT format if needed.
