Find a software converter able to convert gct files to txt files.
GenePatterns in GCT format are basically Excel spreadsheets so you can open them in any modern spreadsheet editor (may require file extension rename) and save them as plain text. However, this means the resulting file will be just a simple text, (saved as .txt), not a formatted text for databases / spreadsheets like would be the case for CSV.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
