Some apps and devices rename large pictures to have .huge suffix, especially when it's some kind of recovery operation and the file is recognized as picture (usually JPEG) but it's much bigger than the average picture.
This makes many users look for a way how to convert these .huge files back to the original JPEG. We have not found any specific mentions about this, except that iFixit used to recover large images this way. Renaming the suffix to .jpg should work in most cases, if it does not, the file is most likely corrupted and you will need a program that can repair corrupted pictures and not a huge to jpg converter.
