Software that can be used for conversion of InDesign idml file type to Photoshop psd format.
It appears that idml to pds conversion is related to attempts to directly convert InDesign graphics (.idml) to Photoshop (.psd), preferably in layers. This is usually done because some graphic design can be done quicker and easier in InDesign, but some fine tuning and animations need to be done in Photoshop.
Whilst it is possible to achieve this using the copy and paste method, it can be very time consuming for the user.
Unfortunately, there does not seem to exist some converter or utility for Windows, but Mac users can use this script written by written by Rob Day, which allows users to quickly save InDesign files as layered Photoshop files.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
