Possible software with support for converting of jpg files to mdj file format.
jpg to mdj conversion is most likely not possible in the traditional file conversion sense, considering the different purpose and nature of both of these files.
What is possible, though, is to import JPG files (or any other graphics) to the StarUML cross-platform software modeller and place them as objects. Not really a file conversion, but given that .mdj files can only be saved in StarUML; there is no alternative but to try out the software anyway.
