Check out some options how jpg files might be converted to prt format.
When it comes to turning graphics to CAD/3D model format (for example various part .prt files), vectors are the preferred format for this, but even rasters/bitmap might work. This is usually done with manual or automatic tracing function that tries to transfer the raster images to vector formats, which works best for simple geometric shapes.
You can also first export your JPEG to SVG and try to work with this.

JPG
Files with jpg file extension contain pictures, digital photos and other bitmap images. It is one of the most common image format used today.

PRT
Files with prt extension are generally used in CAD industry for 3D designs of parts or components. Used in my programs, although often in different formats.
Files with prt file extension can also be found as printer drives in some old programs.
