nfo to sub conversion is most likely not possible, considering that .nfo files are information files and .sub files are subtitles. If you have downloaded video/movie from internet and there was .nfo together with the package, these are not subtitles but info files about the release/package.
You have to download subtitles from the Internet, for example from opensubtitles.org or similar sites.
