Check out some options how pin files might be converted to dsym format.
It looks like that both the .pin and .dsym files are known to be used in ArchiCAD, but both for completely different purpose. As such pin to dsym conversion does not seem very likely, but perhaps some kind of export of data is doable. We have found no mentions of this on the Internet though, so if you have ArchiCAD specific issues, it might be best to reach out to its online community or support.

PIN
A pin file extension is related to the ArchiCAD, a CAD tool for Microsoft Windows. A pin file stores some sort of 3D graphics.
A pin file extension is associated with the MNS projection information data format.
A pin file extension is related to the Epic Pinball from Epic MegaGames. A pin file stores game data.

DSYM
A dsym file extension is related to the Apple Xcode, development tool. A dsym file stores debug symbols.
Files with dsym file extension can be found as binary data files in Geometric Description Language.
