Check out some options how pin files might be converted to dwg format.
PIN files are CAD files from ArchiCAD and as far as we know, it is actually the only software that can be used to export these CAD files. Probably used to get the designs to a format accepted in AutoCAD, we have not found any specifics about it unfortunately.

PIN
A pin file extension is related to the ArchiCAD, a CAD tool for Microsoft Windows. A pin file stores some sort of 3D graphics.
A pin file extension is associated with the MNS projection information data format.
A pin file extension is related to the Epic Pinball from Epic MegaGames. A pin file stores game data.
A pin file extension is related to the ATARI ST graphics format. Probably obsolete.
A pin file extension is related to the Compton's 3D World Atlas software.
DWG
Files with dwg extension are used for the original CAD format originally introduced in Autodesk AutoCAD. The latest version of DWG format is usuaually proprietary and can only be created in AutoCAD. Other CAD programs can usually import it but not create its proprietary form. Because of this, DWGs are often exported to DXF interchange format so that they can be seamlessly used in other CAD programs.
A dwg file extension is related to the BravoDRAFT an old CAD tool. A dwg file stores CAD drawing. It is not compatible with AutoCAD DWG format.
