We have found one software suitable in our database for this conversion.
Revit Architecture supports export to DWG format from opened .rfa files, in the forms of individual "CAD-blocks" that can be saved in this way.
As far as we know, there does not seem to exist any 3rd party converter that could be used for this particular rfa to dwg conversion. But if you have any problems, your best option would be to contact Autodesk forums.

RFA
Files with rfa extension are used mainly by Autodesk Revit Architecture program. They represent project family data.
DWG
A dwg file extension is used for common CAD file format, originally used by AutoCAD. A DWG is a proprietary format and can only be created in AutoCAD. Other CAD programs can usually import it, but not create its proprietary form. It's because of this, that DWGs are often exported to DXF interchange format, so they can be seamlessly used in other CAD programs.
