Although searched by many users, it is not possible to export or convert RioPlay publications (encrypted PDF files) to standard PDF, because the sole purpose of these files is to prevent exactly this. The only way how to view .riof files is to use the RioPlay software and use proper credentials (serial number) to access the file. Of course nothing prevents you from doing a screenshot once you have done that, but direct riof to pdf conversion is simply not doable.
