Find a software converter able to convert skp files to skb files.
skp to skb conversion seems to be related to SketchUp and pretty much describes the process of making backup file from existing SketchUp software. You can only create these backups in Sketchup when the autosave function is enabled, in which case these are created automatically. No conversion is actually required.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
