The only srt to wav file conversion that makes sense, is processing of SRT video subtitles to make speech/audio files to create amateur dubbing for videos or movies.
Tools like Balabolka can be used to 'read' subtitles during multimedia playback (works with certain media players), or they can generate stand alone audio file that can be added as audio track to the multimedia container.
