It should be possible to convert CAD drawings / models / data saved in ISO-10303 STEP product files (.stp, .step) to the open source JT CAD format (.jt) with many 3D modeling / CAD tools. This is due the fact, that both STP and JT formats are fairly well-supported in modern programs, so stp to jt conversion is not a problem.
