vcf to db conversion is probably searched looking for a way to convert/parse contacts from vCard format (.vcf) to some database format, nowadays SQLite is the most common choice, but any database format is doable.
You just have to find and use utility designed for this. Many of these can be found on GitHub and are often aimed at particular database output.
But other than that, you can always export vcf to csv to get a format that can be imported to pretty much every database management tool or spreadsheet editor.
