Find a software converter able to convert Visio vsd files to Microsoft Word doc files.
The easiest way how to put your Visio diagram (.vsd) to a Word document (.doc) is to first save/export the Visio drawing to some picture format like .jpg or .png using the File ► Save as.. function in the program, and then simply import the image to Microsoft Word and save it as a document (.doc, .docx). The very same thing might also be done using online conversion services, although the results may wary.
Based on the version of Microsoft Office that you have in your computer, it should be possible to import .vsd file into Word. If you have both programs installed, you should be able to just copy and paste objects between the programs.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
