vsdx to cdr conversion covers the import / export of Microsoft Visio content (in this case latest .vsdx files) to CorelDRAW or the use of Visio files directly in Corel software.
According to Corel support files, CorelDRAW supports the original VSD format up until version 2007 only, and not the modern VSDX format.
The usual workaround is to resave vsdx files to vsd format in version of Visio that still allowed this, albeit at cost of modern formatting, and import the .vsd files to Corel. So not impossible, just tedious.
Except for that, no such thing as visio to corel conversion exists. Of course you can always try to reach out to Corel support or online community for latest news in this area, but it doesn't look like that Corel is in hurry to implement support for VSDX format.

VSDX
Files with vsdx extension are almost always graphics diagrams made and saved in latest versions of Microsoft Visio diagramming program.
CDR
Files with cdr file extension are graphics files saved in a unique, proprietary format from CorelDRAW. It is used for artworks, rich documents, or even simple logos.
A cdr file extension is related to the RAW CD-format audio format.
Files with cdr file extension may also be found as CD/DVD master images created using the Apple Final Cut Pro software.
A cdr file extension is related to the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval data format.
