The only wks to ods conversion we know about, is export/import/recovery of old Microsoft Works spreadsheets (.wks) to OpenDocument format (.ods) from OpenOffice/LibreOffice.

Most software dropped the support for old MS Works formats, so actually the best thing you can do is to find and download MS Works from some of the abandonware websites, for example WinWorld library, and simply export the sheet to a format that can be imported to OpenOffice Calc or Excel.
