In essence, x_t to easm conversion represents Parasolid to SolidWorks import/export, to be more precise export to specific eDrawing format for publishing.
s such this can only be done with SolidWorks or perhaps any 3d modeling tool that has access to some kind of eDrawing plugin that can be used to create these files.
Such export is done for preview/export purpose only as .easm file can only be viewed but no further edits or exports are possible.
