x_t to skp conversion is typically searched by users looking for a way to either directly convert Parasolid models (.x_t) to SketchUp format or to import Parasolid files to Sketchup.
It doesn't seems that Sketchup supports Parasolid formats, but you can find and use plugins that will enable this support. For example the SketchUp Parasolid Importer Plugin from Simlabs add the support for .x_t, .x_b as well as .xmt_bin and .xmt_txt files. It can be used for a period of time of 14 days or 30 uses before you have to purchase it, enough time to do some conversions.
