x_t to max conversion describes export between Parasolid and 3ds Max formats, or potential import of Parasolid content to 3ds Max itself.
Unfortunately, it does not seem that 3ds Max itself supports Parasolid formats, but you can use (purchase) the ProtoTech's PARASOLID Importer for 3ds Max if you really need that functionality in your software.
A viable option is to use some exchange format as middle step, usually IGES.
