x_t to sldasm conversion is certainly doable and represents export of content between Parasolid and SolidWorks formats. Since several versions now, SolidWorks supports import and export of common Parasolid file through the internal translator, so this seems to be the most obvious choice how to achieve this. It is likely you have to build a new assembly based on the part data, so it's not a straight file conversion.
