File extension dharma seems to be mainly related to one of the strains of CrySIS ransomware. This particular version of CrySiS variant appends the .[email_address].DHARMA suffix to encrypted files.
As far as we know, there is no decryptor for .dharma files available.
Unless you decrypt the files first, there is no way to convert them to anything else.
