File extension fucked appears to be used by one of the many known ransomware, this particular one known as Manifestus from December 2016.
Much like other similar ransomware, it encrypts and renames user files and demands ransom for the decryption key.
Unfortunately, we do not know about any decryptor for .fucked files at this time.
You can only convert the files once they have been decrypted.
