File extension hush appears to be newly used for one of the variants of Jigsaw ransomware that was first encountered in January 2017.
Much like other similar ransomware, it encrypts and renames user files.
Unless some decrypter for Jigsaw that handles .hush files exist, there doesn't appear to be way to recover the files.
You would have to recover the files first, before you can convert them to anything else.
