File extension lesli seems to be mainly used by a ransomware that appeared in late December 2016. This particular one seems to be based on CryptoMix ransomware.
The instructions are saved in a INSTRUCTION RESTORE FILE.TXT file.
As far as we know, there was no decryptor available for CryptoMix around the time it appear. But this may change in the following months.
You can only convert the original files once you have sucessfully decrypted the .lesli file.
