File extension qmp seems to be mainly related and used in SeeYou, a flight planning and analysis tool for glider pilots from Naviter.
A .qmp file contains raster map.
As far as we know, .qmp maps are only usable in SeeYou.
It may be possible that these maps can be exported as JPEGs or TIFFs.
