File extension rrk is most recently related to a new ransomware labeled as Radamant. Much like similar ransomware it encrypts users files and demands ransom to be paid in bitcoins.
When the Radamant Ransomware is first installed, it will copy of itself to C:\Windows\directx.exe and create some autorun registry keys to make the infection start every time you login to Windows.
Such files can only be accessed again and recovered when you pay the ransom in bitcoins. You can also wait until new decrypter is made and available for public.
You cannot convert or recover this type .rrk files without some decryption utility.
