File extension wcry is infamously related to the WannaCry ransomware, also know WannaCrypt, WanaCrypt0r 2.0, or Wanna Decryptor, which was been used for one of the largest ransomware attacks infecting computers in more than 150 countries on Friday, 12 May 2017.
No decryptor for .wcry files exists, yet.
You can only convert the original files once they have been decrypted, something that is not possible atm.
