The 068 file extension is associated with several archivers or compression tools, which are using, or did use in the past, the 068 file extension for its multi-volume files or archives, such as Winrar or 7-Zip.
The general file sequence is 001, 002, 003, etc.. and you will need all parts of the multi-volume archive to successfully extract the content.
Use WinRAR compression utility to extract archive contents and start with first archive (first archive file has mostly file extension rar or 000 or 001).
Extract archive ant then compress to another archive file format (like .zip etc.)

Winfunktion Mathematik v8.0 was an old German mathematics program released in 1998. Its .068 files store data for Julia set mathematical fractals.
The current and latest version of Winfunktion Mathematik is version 18. It is not known whether version 18 or other newer releases still use .068 files for Julia set fractals.
Open the .068 file with Winfunktion Mathematik Plus on Microsoft Windows, preferably with the version that created the file. Newer versions may not support files from Winfunktion Mathematik v8.0.
Open the file in a compatible version of Winfunktion Mathematik Plus and use the program's own save or export features if available.
