A bulk-002 file is the second volume of a split, multi-volume archive created by BulkZip. It is not a complete archive by itself.

The bulk-002 file extension belongs to the BulkZip compression format and is used by the BulkZip data compression tool for Microsoft Windows.
A bulk-002 file contains the second part of a compressed, multi-volume BulkZip archive. The other parts contain the remaining archive data, so this file normally cannot be unpacked independently.
The BULK format supports the LZMA2, PPMd and DEFLATE compression methods. To unpack a multi-volume archive, place all its parts in the same directory and open the first volume in BulkZip. The program uses the other volumes automatically during extraction.
A bulk-002 file is only one part of a split BulkZip archive. Place it together with all the other parts of the archive, then open the first volume in BulkZip for Microsoft Windows.
BulkZip can use the complete set of volumes to extract the archived files. Opening the second volume alone will not produce the complete archive.
A bulk-002 volume is not normally converted separately. Open the first volume with BulkZip, extract the complete multi-volume archive, and then create a new archive from the extracted files using another compression utility if required.
