By default, the file is called: msgstore.db.crypt14 and is stored on the phone SDcard/WhatsApp/Databases folder.
The key file used to decrypt the .crypt14 file is stored in a folder located on the system partition:
/data/data/com.whatsapp/files/key
By default, the .crypt14 files have been used by WhatsApp for Android since May 2021.
