These are discontinued applications, so a suitable existing installation may be required.
Open the file in compatible FreeHand or Fireworks software and use that application's save or export commands to produce a supported graphics format.
Exporting preserves the artwork but may not preserve the original FreeHand template behavior or all editable elements.
