The special lic file is also used for license files with content copyright information of IVM video. Every IVM video file has only one LIC copyright information file, this two files (IVM and LIC) must identical, and must be in the same folder

How to open lic file?
Sometimes licence files are just in plain text format and can be opened by any text editor. However, they are encrypted in most cases, or just in binary format that is not readable by human eye.
How to convert lic file?
