VersaPro was developed by General Electric and used to create and manage PLC programs. An LLP file contains logic for a local logic block within a VersaPro project.
The block is part of the PLC program rather than a general-purpose document. VersaPro uses it with the other files that make up a project when developing and managing control logic.
VersaPro and the LLP format are legacy Windows technology. The format is primarily encountered in older PLC projects that were created with VersaPro.
Open a .llp file with VersaPro on Microsoft Windows. In practice, the file may need to be opened from the VersaPro project that uses the local logic block rather than as a standalone document.
If VersaPro is not installed, the file may still be useful as part of an archived PLC project, but general-purpose applications cannot normally open it.
Open the containing project in VersaPro and use any applicable project or PLC export features provided by the software.
When no compatible export is available, the logic may need to be migrated or recreated in another PLC programming environment rather than converted as an ordinary document.
