File extension mqp is related to Metasequoia 3D polygon modeling software and used for one of the default file types.
These files store palette data that can be used during painting, pretty much like in any other painting tool. They used to store custom color settings that can be applied to 3D models within the software.
It is likely that these palletes can only be used in Metasequoia.
No conversion of .mqp files is know to us at this time.
