File extension shlibzip is used for one of the formats in modern IBM software solutions.

According to IBM website, a typical .shlibzip file contains all resources that belong to the shared library, such as .cmf, .esql, .map, .xsd, and any message set .dictionary and .xsdzip files. If a shared library refers to other shared libraries, .shlibzip files for the referenced libraries are also added to the .bar file.

How to open shlibzip file?

Probably can be extracted like any other ZIP file, but is actually used only witihin .bar files.
