The v11p file extension is used by ACDSee for ACDSee photo disc file.
The v11p file contains thumbnail previews of images, which are retained in a virtual Photo Disc, so you can browse and search images that are no longer on your computer's hard drive, even when the CD containing the files isn't in the drive. Might be older format.
Use compatible tools to work with *.v11p files.
Probably can be exported to other formats.
