What is the best converter used for converting csv format to bbb file format.
As far as we know, you cannot directly convert contacts in CSV format to Blackberry BBB files. However, you could sync your contacts with your Blackberry device and make a backup of your phone afterwards. This would basically achieve csv to bbb conversion.
