Possible software with support for converting of bak files to dxf file format.
The .bak file extension is used by AutoCAD to store automate backups of project files (DWG, DXF file extensions). Simply rename bak extension to dxf if you need to and see if you can open the file in AutoCAD. This is pretty much the only particular bak to dwg conversion we know of, but similar CAD programs may use bak files for backup purposes as well.
It is unlikely that you will find some bak file converter online that would allow you to convert bak to dxf.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
